This complex consists more of high-end retailers and also Jaya Jusco. There are dozens of food outlets available and numerous entertainment facilities including cinema.

Jalan Hospital, 30820 Ipoh (beside EPF building)
This complex which caters mainly to the local Malays, offers a range of Malay’s fashion apparel and religious item.
